DeliaAnn guarantees all her jewelry with respect to quality and craftsmanship.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days for a complete refund (shipping charges excepted).

Should repairs be required within the first 30 days, ship the item to us and we will make repairs free of charge and pay the return postage.
